Morning Cartoons & Coloring

 Carter's loving this camera lately. He takes pictures of everything!! 

....including me while I'm taking pictures of him!

After lunch, Carter wanted to finish coloring a little proect that he brought home from school.

Ella was really interested in what he was doing, so I set her up with a crayon and some paper. 

This was her first time to color!

And a side note - yesterday was Eric's birthday!! We celebrated with a family lunch and some play time at Chickfila. Later on, we had pizza for dinner, and a movie night with the kids. We all really enjoyed our low key family evening! Tomorrow evening, Eric and I are going to have a date night, too, to celebrate! Happy Birthday, Eric... we love you!!

Just Another Day at the Park!

Sunday at the park has become a weekly family thing!

Ella was very interested in chasing around Carter's remote control monster truck. He thought it was funny to steer it away from her and make her chase it!! 

 I just can't get enough of this precious face! 

 All I have to say is the word "lunch" and she's headed home!! 

She looks so big here :(

I took the kids to Petco this week to check out some animals.

And we've had a few days of great weather recently that we've really enjoyed. Here are some pictures taken at a park playdate one day.
