It dawned on me last week that I really need to have some pictures taken of Cole. Since his 6 months birthday snuck up on me so quick, of course, I didn't have anything lined up. So I decided to venture out with him this morning and see what I could get myself. It was hard work doing it alone! He was so distracted with the grass/leaves that I had a hard time getting him to look up at me. Despite that though, I was able to get a few cute ones, and that's all I really wanted!
Here are my favorites.....
Lots of smiles but also lots of cute, funny, and sometimes perplexed facial expressions that really show his little personality well.
Notice the grass in his hands. Didn't take him long to realize he could pull it out of the ground!
Up on all fours! Won't be long!
This was an outfit of Carter's. It always makes me nostalgic to see baby brother in big brother's cute little clothes.
I noticed him reaching his arms straight out as he sat here, and my guess is he could see the brim of that hat, and took a little while to find it!
There it is!
And my very favorites are the next set. I don't think he could be any cuter!
I had to get creative with a ball to get him to look up away from the very exciting aggregate concrete!
Ducks!
Sticking that tongue out!
Love this boy and all his cute looks!
Now for some of the rest.....
They're not picture perfect, but I still love watching all his different faces. You can almost see his thoughts processing!
Such a little boy!
Fun in the grass
He's over it now!
Yep, I'm definitely hungry now, Mom! Feed me!
Ok, we're back after being fed and an outfit change. And of course, the first picture I snap is of him trying to poop. :/ See that face?! But it made me laugh!
Love the hands constantly going to the mouth. Still cute at this age!
I kept thinking he'd find that bow tie, but he never did!
Cool rocks.
I had to get creative rolling around a little ball I had, and he was intrigued by that!
He was kinda a tough crowd at this point. So serious!
Watching the ducks in this little creek.
One last ditch effort for some smiles at the camera.... but no.
Very serious, and unimpressed....
.....and frankly over the whole thing!
All done!
He did good though, and I was glad to have this done!!
Still hard for me to believe he is 6 months! Maybe I'll try to get some of all 3 of the kids together in the bluebonnets near our house..... or maybe I'll die trying! HA!
