Summertime, week 10

Here are week 10 pictures! A lot less this week, as we're getting kinda bored and running out of things to do! Our usual summer fun not just seems like SO much work! Lots of hanging around the house and killing time, if I'm being honest. My summertime fun ideas have run out, and I'm ready for structure and schedule again!

Eric was traveling last week, so we did dinner at Chick-Fil-A one evening. It was empty, and the perfect cool spot for the kids to play! Here they are playing hid-n-seek. Ella's counting. :)
Only about 5 more weeks until this boy turns 1! WOW! Starting to wean him, so I've been giving him some bottles lately. Ready, but NOT ready all at the same time!
 Cute boys at Target
I did Ella's make up one afternoon. Look how pretty she is! She looked so much like my Mom with her eyes done!

 Love her!

Stormie taking advantage of the pillow reading pit the kids made in the empty living room. What a rough life she has!
He thinks his climbing skills are hilarious.
Cute little butt up in the air while he sleeps.
Finally got our new couch delivered (ordered it in mid-June!). Ella's favorite spot is the corner.
Happy to have a furnished living room again!
Ella was at gym camp last week, and Carter wanted to ride next to Cole (he's usually way back there alone). Look how giant he looks in her seat! And looking very handsome after a new haircut.
 Just hanging out
And this is the patio progress near the end of the week. It's coming along!!

We managed to squeeze in a quick and final trip of the summer to visit Uncle Matt in NOLA. Such a fun weekend, pictures of that to come!

  1. It is hard to give up that special relationship of your child nursing. A very unique time in motherhood.
Those babies have grown up too fast.
