Summertime, week 8

More summertime pictures!

This is a great place for the babies too, as it's rarely crowded, and they can crawl and explore safely!

You'd have thought it was wintertime the way Ella came down from rest time one day. :)

The kids have enjoyed a few empty spaces in our living room where we used to have tables. We're making some changes in there, and it's a whole new play area, apparently!!

Made them a fort. See their faces peeking out there from the middle?! 

Cole got a squirt of whip cream from the can one evening.... he didn't really know what to think of that! He cried after this pic was taken. ;)

He discovered the stairs recently. I honestly don't know how we've kept him off of them for so long, since he's been crawling for 3 months.

I still get to snuggle and rock him to sleep a few times a week. Love it!

Eric took him on his first bike ride one evening... he said he loved it!

We took the big kids to Six Flags last week for the first time. They had so much fun! It was during the middle of the week, so the crowd and the lines weren't bad at all. Fun day! Can't wait to do it again!

The line for the river rapids was the longest. The kids were done after about 30 minutes. This was right before we got on..... so hot! Getting soaked on a water ride was definitely welcomed at this point!

More fun on Aqua Man. This was the kids favorite. And they loved getting splashed on the bridge, too!

Ella loved the smaller rides in the kiddie area.

We took turns with her there while the other took Carter to ride some bigger coasters. He rode the Judge Roy Scream twice, and a few other bigger kid rides. He loved them all!

These kids were troopers! We left the park around 5pm and stopped for dinner on the way home. Poor Ella didn't stand a chance on the 45 minute car ride back!

More fun with playdoh this week! They have enjoyed their new sets!

Eric and Josh went to a Rangers game over the weekend, so Amy and I got the kids together for some water fun, homemade pizzas, and playtime.
